And that’s September! This month’s round-up is a bit more shoe heavy than usual, but that doesn’t mean we don’t have a few garments to enjoy as well. Excited to finally start talking about outerwear as we move into the chillier weather — funny enough, it seems as though many people that I have talked to are really excited for the temperature to drop and for the layers to start adding up. Are you this way as well, or are you still hanging on to the heat?
If you missed this month’s content, or are a new subscriber of the SNLetter, let me get you right up to speed on what you may have missed this month:
Anyway, without further ado, let’s dive into this month’s Top 10!
The weather is finally starting to cool down, which means it’s time to start whipping out those outerwear pieces! Leather is going to be an excellent choice this fall, and why not make things a bit exciting by getting that leather in green? Simple, non-branded, what more could you possibly want?
Beams has done it again! This time around Beams tapped the 1960s for inspiration to create these 3 different colorways. When it comes to knits, I can always count on this brand to deliver me some classics with a twist.
Yeah, I’m beyond hyped on this one. New Balance has been kind of quiet for me recently, but this one got me excited again. Dropping via Stone Island website on October 4th, with a release on the New Balance website following on October 18th.
Loving the little bowling vibe that’s going on with this Cyber Derby from Our Legacy. Sadly, this one is just slightly out of reach financially, but the quality of footwear from Our Legacy is definitely worth the money. Available via Shop Neighbour
I’ve been on my approach shoe vibe recently and you should be too. These Montbell Crag Hopper’s come equipped with GORE-TEX and come in a variety of colorways to ensure proper flexing this fall season. I was pleasantly surprised by these. Usually, whenever I see a croc I don’t really pay much attention, but seeing these in person really made me want to get a pair of my own. The stitching details are great, and overall it almost doesn’t even feel like a croc. Loving the iconic Levi’s red tab detailing on these. I know summer is pretty much almost over, but that doesn’t mean we can’t enjoy a garment that reminds us of those sunny days. Unfortunately, these are sold out, but I am sure they will be back with a new line of these soon enough. Low-profile boots are the wave!! Don’t sleep before it’s too late I’m telling you. There’s just something about the freedom of a shoe, with the outer of a boot that allows you to take on the world in a new and exciting way. These took the internet by storm. I mean, I know the people love Patagonia but when I posted these the numbers skyrocketed and the interest for these pieces was at an all-time high. You can still get these at places like END. so don’t sleep!
Ok, I know I said no more soccer jerseys, but this one is too good and the people thought so too because it ended up earning its spot at #1. I’m not going to lie, it took me a while to figure out what this shirt was all about. Was it an official Rowing Blazers collab? Was this just for fun? After doing some digging I learned that Mike Gracie does a bunch of work for Rowing Blazers, and this was just a piece he dropped independently through his IG page — either way, it’s a hit!
The Beams Shaggys and NBs are SO good. Great recs as always!
The Umbro logo being the top of the skull is such a good move.
