Another month is in the books! August continued to treat us to new and some old football kit styles as well as a mix of some exciting knits, and some other garments. This was also one of my favorite months in terms of content that was published in the newsletter, here’s a small recap of what happened in August:
How To Build Your Outfit — a new segment that will return in the future, focusing on helping people brainstorm new style ideas.
On A Search For New Pants — Join me as I figure out what pants to add to my existing wardrobe.
I Can’t Stop Thinking About These Knit Jerseys — One of my favorite recommendation newsletters I’ve written in a minute.
I’ve also updated The SNL Store List with some new places to shop at, especially for those in EU! This list is organized geographically and is available for all paid subscribers of the newsletter.
Enough of all that though, let’s dive into this month’s Top 10!
I’ve been following @joelsp_ for some time now, and it’s been really exciting to follow his work. He specializes in one of a kind bags, sometimes doing bigger drops. Definitely recommend giving him a follow on instagram, and hoping to see a another drop from him soon. At this point it’s actually funny how often Our Legacy makes it to the Top 10 round ups, but the people love it and so do I. This vegetable tanned Italian leather jacket is the one. Comes in a boxy fit featuring a cotton and viscose lining. Simple and beautiful. Now this is what a collaboration should look like. This isn’t your traditional logo slap mixed with some “unique” material. This collab reimagined the Mary Jane style-silhouette and includes a really cute orchid clip that is removable. The clips can be also attached to other garments as you wish, which is a really nice detail. Really hyped on this one, and not surprised this one flew off the shelves. Things are looking up. The FW23 collection brought a lot of great pieces, people are fighting in the Supreme line during drop day, we’re so back! This sweater ended up dropping Week 1 and sold out instantly, which is no surprise. We know football kits in fashion are a hot topic, but what about table tennis kits? You might recognize LTTT from their hats, but the brand also often drops a variety of really nice kits. These ones above are sold out, but another drop is coming soon. Back to our regular scheduled programming… This isn’t your regular football kits because each one is entirely knitted. These are scheduled to drop around January of next year, so there’s still plenty of time to secure the kit you want. Follow RNT on Instagram to stay up-to-date on release info. Thought it was a good time to dig into the archives and pull out this jersey that dropped in 2015. Guess it was the right choice because this particular post ended up doing huge numbers on IG, and even got all the moodboards copy + pasting it on their own feed (I see you).
