I know a wallet hates to see me coming. We’re ending the week with a bunch of great releases that are all dropping pretty much at the same time—which isn’t the most ideal situation for our wallets, but what are you going to do? Anyway, today’s newsletter is absolutely packed, so let’s get right into it.

J.CREW + BARBOUR

We’re not escaping the Barn Jacket allegations anytime soon. J.Crew and Barbour are back with another collaboration that’s scheduled to drop later today. Knowing these types of collabs, I expect this one to fly off the shelves, so be prepared. I’m not sure exactly what time it’s dropping but my guess would be sometime around noon Eastern time—I recommend locking in on the J.Crew website or instagram to not miss out.

Was trying to get some proper product photos ahead of the release, but no luck on my side, so we are left with what we can get.

AFTERHOOD RENAISSANCE?

It was only a month ago since I wrote about the need for more afterhood hoodies, and now I’m starting to see more of them? Love to see it, honestly. Anyway, Aris Tatalovich, a New York based designer, just dropped a solid variety of distressed and faded hoodies in a bunch of great colorways. I will say this though, you’re going to need some patience while shopping on their website because you need to click the individual items on the homepage to get to the actual products—you’ll see what I mean when you go to their store. Not sure if I love this particular method of shopping personally but what are you gonna do?

HAVEN + ASICS

I’ve been on the hunt for a very simple, preferably lightweight, well-fitting tracksuit recently, and I’m happy to say I have found what I’m looking for. The upcoming Haven + ASICS collaboration is dropping with a few tracksuits as well as a pair of GEL-NIMBUS 10.1, one of my recent favorite models from the ASICS’ line.

The tracksuits are equipped with GORE-TEX Windstopper technology. A nice touch that elevates your traditional tracksuits. The overall suit is extremely lightweight, fits true to size and comes in 2 additional colorways—grey and all black. I’m a big fan of the split black and grey, which match the shoes if you decide to go full head to toe fit on this one.
