Rounding up July's best items

We are one step closer to layering season. Look, I love summer just as much as the next guy, but part of me is ready to start layering again. Plus, summer tends to be sort of dry for fashion in general, so if anything, I’m looking forward to new styles to hit the stores.

Instead of doing the usual monthly article round-up, I wanted to resurface some of my favorite articles that may have been forgotten about — plus, there is a chance that some of our new readers may have missed some of these articles.

10. DIME PITCH JERSEY

Kits are still very much at the forefront of everyone’s mood boards, so it’s not surprising to see Dime’s latest jersey make this month’s Top 10 — 3 solid designs, unfortunately, the only way to get one is through the secondary market.

9. STORY MFG ASICS & ROA

I know these are two items, which technically makes this a Top 11… But in reality, I posted both of these at the same time, and it would be unfair of me to leave one of these out. These are future collaborations from both ASICS and ROA, (separate shoes, not a joint collab) that don’t have a release date just yet, so plenty of time to get your wallets in order.

8. BLACKSTOCK & WEBER + ‘47 + MLB

A fun little series pack that brings it back to New York City. There were also some sick hats that went along with this release, but if I was a betting man I’d say they are long gone.

7. OWAISHSB FOR CLOT + ADIDAS

I’m not one for customized sneakers, but I think OwaishSB did his thing here. A lot of fun colors that play well with the overall design of the shoe. No word if these are going to be released to the public, so for now we wait.

6. EIX GNOD LOAFER

Sometimes I’ll post random stuff I like just to see what the vibe from the community is. And based on data, it seems this one was a hit. Funny enough, I randomly found this brand online, they don’t have any presence in North America, but they sure do look cool.

5. PRADA MONTE CARLO

We just talked about this a few days ago, but the thin midsole renaissance is already happening — considering where shoes are heading, I think this old model has the perfect opportunity to resurface at this moment.

4. ADIDAS + CRAIG GREEN SQUASH POLTA

A very shoe-heavy Top 10 this month… Alas, the Craig Green Adidas is kind of a sleeper and I wish more people were wearing them. Cool shoe, not insanely difficult to acquire on the secondary market.

3. NIKE SB JAPAN SKATE KIT

Shout out Yuto for winning his second Olympic medal in skating! That’s crazy! The kits are great and I wish I didn’t sleep on them. Now the hunt for finding one at a decent price will plague my mind for the foreseeable future.

2. RICE NINE TEN FOOTBALL KNIT

Absolutely no surprise that the new Rice Nine Ten SS25 has made its way to the Top 3. The football knits just have a soft spot and their execution continues to keep things interesting season after season. No release date just yet, but stay tuned for more info!

1. ADIDAS Y3 JAPAN

Beyond excited that Y-3 is making its debut at the top of our monthly round-ups. I’ve been saying this, but Y-3 is about to come back crazy. Their footwear right now is on a whole different level, which keeps things fresh and exciting.
