The long-awaited Pants Report™ has finally returned. I was doing some digging into my past newsletters and realized that it’s been over a year since the last pant-dedicated newsletter—which is actually not chill because I thought it was only a few months but time has flown by so we need to make things right again by shifting our focus—for those interested, please hit up the archive to check out the past articles (I’m unable to link them because I hit my link limit in this newsletter…)
Anyway, because of this I’m declaring April as Pant Month here at SNL. To be frank, I will also be talking about some other stuff during the month, but I will try my best to dedicate as much space as possible for all pant-related discussions this month—so get ready for a lot of pant-dedicated content!
To start off Pant Month on the right foot, today’s newsletter will be dedicated to exploring my personal pant collection and sharing some links where you can get them yourself. Part 2 of The Pants Report™ will drop later this month and will focus on even more unique recommendations, and where you can buy them. I’ve been keeping tabs on a lot of great options, that should help any reader elevate their pant style to that next level. So make sure to subscribe to not miss out on this month’s pant content.
I’m a hoarder when it comes to clothes and because of this I’ve ended up acquiring dozens of pants. Some get worn more than others, and some haven’t seen daylight in a while—I have an issue with getting rid of my clothes, especially now that I’m trying to archive a lot of my stuff and it’s always interesting to go back and rediscover items in your wardrobe that might be fun to wear again.
Different pants do different things, some are great for chilling, some are great for going out in, some are perfect for skating, the list goes on. I’d love to go into detail on every single pair I own, but that’s just not realistic, so instead I decided it would be best to give you my current Top 10. You might recognize a bunch of the pairs highlighted today and that is because I’ve written about some of them in the past. The SNLetter has been growing, and that means that there are new readers that might have missed out on the exclusive knowledge on what I actually wear on the streets, so I think this is a good opportunity for a proper audit.
I tend to gatekeep my actual wardrobe, but sometimes it’s fun to let you into my closet and share the clothes I’ve been obsessed over on a personal level. The reason why I have so many pant options is because a part of it is strictly for research purposes in order to provide you with proper recommendations you deserve.
